What is Solution Focused Hypnotherapy?
Solution Focused Hypnotherapy is a talking therapy combining psychotherapy and hypnotherapy. It is based on the latest neuroscience and brain research and uses modern, well researched approaches to help people make significant and positive changes to their lives relatively quickly.
